One of the most important aspects of selling a car second hand is to pick the right price to advertise. Picking a price that is too high will lead to fewer buyers and more reluctance to close a deal. Picking a price that is too low will lead to plenty of buyers, but will leave the seller short of money that they could have made had they chosen the right price. Also, it is not in the interest of sellers to constantly undersell, is it drives down market values and increases depreciation in the long run. So – finding a good and fair price for your used car is very important. If you are stuck wondering “what’s my Audi R8 value,” for example, a little research goes a long way.

With the internet, it is a lot easier than before to find an estimate for your car value. There are many different websites that offer some kind of car valuation service, most usually for free. All you need to do is supply a few details such as the car make, model and age, as well as a general overview of the condition it is in, and the website comes up with an approximation of how much the car could be worth.

Another way the internet makes it easier to value your car is by looking at sales that have gone through. Car auction sites are particularly useful for this, and even eBay can be a good place to look. Anywhere that shows how much a car sold for is a useful place to look. Just be sure to look at cars that are the same model as your own, preferably with a similar age and condition.

“How can I sell my Audi?” is a question many Audi owners ask. If you want to sell your vehicle, the key is to find people who are interested in what you have to offer and to display the vehicle where they can see it. Some internet-based companies can help you to sell your Audi quickly and for a competitive price which will usually be far more than what you will get for a trade-in.

Selling Your Audi Quickly

These tips will help you to sell your Audi quickly, regardless of where you sell it.

• Create an advert that lists the facts about the vehicle. This should include all details valuable to a buyer, including the year, the length of the MOT and the vehicle specs.
• Utilize photos. People want to see what they are buying before they consider making an offer. If you advertise online, be sure to include numerous photos of the vehicle’s interior and exterior for the potential buyer to consider.
• Price the vehicle right. You do not have to price it too low, but you should research the value your Audi properly, and price it accordingly. Use online sites to help you to determine how much vehicles like yours are selling for currently.

In general, Audis do have a high resale value, especially if the vehicle is in good condition. These vehicles often have luxury features, or powerful engines. If this is the case, be sure to list these features in your advert. To sell your Audi quickly and for the right price, know what it is worth and be competitive to others selling the same make and model vehicle.

The 2009 Audi A3 gives hatchback lovers a taste of real luxury. Compared to many other hatchbacks, this sporty A3 hatch wagon presents an aura of sophistication and maturity.

The 2009 model is packed with additional features and some aesthetic enhancements. Perhaps the car’s most immediately noticeable changes in style are the redesigned headlights, which are equipped with Audi’s very own LED daytime running lights, and the sculpted chin spoiler.

When it comes to performance, the 2009 A3 has a 2.0-litre turbo-charged engine with four cylinders, which produces 207 lb/ft of torque and 200 horsepower. The car can accelerate to 60 mph within 7.2 seconds. However, on test it was found that accelerating aggressively caused an undesirable shaking and excessive wheel spin. This may of course have been a fault with that particular car.

Drivers of average size will find the 2009 A3’s cabin just fine. Drivers can opt to replace the front seats with sports front seats, which are more comfortable for long drives. Another feature of the A3 is the sky sunroof, which could be a turn-off for taller passengers. Really short drivers may also have problems with the range of seat adjustment available. The driver’s dead pedal (left footrest) is attached to the protruded wheelwell. The steering wheel is well positioned.

As a summary the A3 has some great features; Audi’s outstanding design and engineering, a smooth and powerful engine, impressive brakes, pleasing body styling, and an enhanced interior. The car is a bit pricey, but then you are getting a quality product for your pounds.

Audi a German car manufacturer has been producing cars since 1899. Audi has been using the four ring emblem ever since Audi joined partnership with DKW, Horch and Wanderer. Each ring represents each name mentioned.

Audi have a proven record with high performance cars and motorsport and quite often items from there motorsport division will fall into the modern road going cars.
Back in the 1980’s Audi Released Quattro which is their trade mark four wheel drive system and helped them win the 1983, 1984 driver’s titles and 1982 and 1984 for manufactures title, in the WRC.

The Audi Quattro has recently seen fame again starring in the first and second series of the BBC’s hit series Ashes To Ashes staring Philip Glenister.
Audi’s are a great purchase for anyone looking to purchasing a car on Contract hire or Lease, as they hold their second hand and trade in value very well.

Choosing your optional extras wisely will also make your car more desirable, so things like Cruise control and the Bang + Olufsen advance sound system will also appeal to people and keep your Audi’s Trade valve high when your Contract or lease ends.

The Audi Q7 hasn’t been out that long, and already Audi have made some important and clever revisions to the Q7.
You still get three diesel engine choices a 3.0 litre V6, 4.2 litre V8 and a 6 litre V12 and your petrol options are 3.6 litre V6 and the 4.2 litre V8.
Audi have introduced a new 3.0 litre diesel engine, which they label TDI clean diesel, that’s even more efficient than the older diesel engines.
The new 3.0 litre diesel is claimed to reach 31.7MPG which is aided by some great Audi technology like a higher performance exhaust that recirculates through a special Catalytic converter which also adds an additive to the emissions to lower them even more which is called AdBlue .

All the engines are now more efficient thanks to Audis Brake Energy Recovery System, which converts braking energy in to electrical energy. Very much like how the KER’s system works in F1 except you don’t get a power boost in the terms of BHP. Audi is claiming this cuts emissions by 5G/KM which isn’t much but if it keeps you in a lower tax band then you’re saving money.

The revised Q7 will also sport four new colours, Ibis White, Graphite Grey, Teak Brown and Orca Black. Black will be the most popular by far and we can decide we you would want a brown Audi.

The instrument panel inside the Q7’s cabin has also been redesigned with extra lighting and more chrome.

You can order the revised Q7 now but expect to be driving it in July. The 6.0 V12 TDI is the most expensive Q7 that you can buy costing a staggering £94,850 and your basic model costing only £38,575 want the clean Diesel to claim your doing your part for a greener environment then expect your wallet to be hit again for £1500 for the 3.0 Litre cleaner diesel.

Looking for a sporty reliable 2Dr coupe, the Audi TT will be the car for you. A common sight on the roads today are the older MKI Audi TT’s which proves just what a success they were when they where first released way back in 1998. The TT still features the same 2 drive train options of front wheel drive and the rallied proved Quattro four-wheel drive and only having petrol based engines.
The MKII Audi TT comes with a variety of engines; 1.8 litre turbo, 2.0 litre turbo or a 3.2 litre . In 2008 Audi announced the details of the first TT with a diesel engine and that it would also be a Quattro model available as a coupe or a roadster. Claiming that 53MPG is achievable in the coupe version with the 6 speed box, the 2.0 Litre diesel engine produces 168BHP, so it’s no tractor engine transplant.
The MKII comes with a wide variety of engine which include, 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, 3.2, 3.2 FSI, TTS 2.0 TFSI, TT RS 2.5 TFSI and the 2.0 TDI the RS 2.5 litre is the most powerful with 335BHP.

The Audi TT is an ideal buy for anyone who is looking to purchase one on Contract hire or lease. The high desirability of these Audi TT’s will almost guarantee a high resale value which in terns means a low monthly repayment for you.

The Audi TT really is a 2 seat coupe, as the rear seat are so small that even the smallest child would struggle to be even slightly comfy. The safety inside the car is go as you get front and side airbags.

The usual Audi optional extras are available on the TT like the Bose surround sound and heated seats at £200

This is the most powerful A3 that Audi manufacture only topped by an S Tronic model for features. Packing explosive performance with a 261BHP engine, this S Line A3 doesn’t hang about, and doesn’t have any problems using all that power with Audi’s truly famous Quattro 4 wheel drive system which was first used in rallying.

The A3 S3 doesn’t cut any corners on the style department ,the cabin is very well built and has a very sturdy feel to it which everyone has come to expect from any of Audi’s range.
Worried about all that power drinking through a tank of petrol then worry not Audi state that on a combined drive you’ll be getting 33.2 MPG and Extra Urban would make a nice figure of 42.8 MPG

Been an insurance group 18 you will definitely need to have a few no claims bonus’s on your insurance policy, to get the Audi A3 Hatchback S3 Quattro insured at a reasonable price.

The list of optional extras is large and rather expensive, for those that struggle to Parallel Park you can get an optional extra costing £600 to assist you in your manoeuvre.
An optional extra we definitely would have, is the cruise control if you’re going to be doing a lot of mileage and at the cost of £200 it certainly will pay for itself. Love your music then you’ll be familiar with the famous name of Bose and the high quality products that they produce, then you’ll be delighted to hear that Audi do an optional extra for £400 that replaces all your 8 speakers with Bose ones and boy what a difference it makes.

Coming with the Standard 18” S design alloys you’re bound to stand out in a crowd but for a mere £500 you can get the nicest alloys that Audi have produced which are the 18” 5 arm design which get used on the RS range.
